I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree in Austin. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Martha was especially amazing—extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. She made the experience feel personal and warm, and I truly appreciated her hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Austin!
Pleasant stay at this well located hotel. UBER Was abundant and made it easy to get around. Miguel was especially helpful at the front desk. Transportation on Van lines bus from Dallas was comfortable. Austin is a lovely city with lots of green space and trees. We hope to visit again soon
Stayed for a vinyl convention and it was awesome! was so cool being so close to UT years after graduating. loved it! Also the front desk was awesome (i think it was solomon or simon?). def recommend
Stayed for one night to attend a game at the Moody Center. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to and from. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well prepared by Angie and Yaquelin was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Location with GPS eas not the greatest but definitely not the Doubletree's fault! Amazing staff but Disha truly stood out in so many ways! Very nice, courteous and friendly but truly, she is very professional. Hearing her speak with very unreasonable and unfriendly customers (yes, belligerently overly drunk person who came in from the outside) in a kind and professional way, truly an asset to your hotel. She remembers me with my sporadic stays and truly always friendly and professional! Will stay here whenever I am in the area! The entire staff was great but Disha truly stood out+
Good hotel close to the highway, but the negative is level of noise from all the traffic. Digital check in worked without a hitch. Standard room is large enough so that you won't feel claustrophobic, but shower stall is really tight and narrow. There's a $35 daily fee for self-parking and breakfast menu is very limited, although the stuff they made (breakfast burrito, $11) was quite tasty. Hotel employees were wonderful and helped me sort out the parking situation and delivered a microwave upon request. Room service and fresh towels every day. I would stay here again.
These rooms were very spacious. The king size bed was comfortable. It was game day so they charge you an additional $35 for parking which stinks so figure that in before booking. They charge for breakfast but there's a Dennys right next door. Drinks at the bar are quite expensive. $28 for a double whiskey or $10 a beer. Location was great if going to a game. Within walking distance. Not much as restaurants around.
The service was incredibly generous and helpful, and I appreciated their flexibility! Had a delay and they provided a snack, water, and Wi-Fi. Very clean, calm vibe in the lobby, great spot to work. Solomon was especially helpful at the front desk!
